Rodney started in the sales and marketing industry 12 years ago, doing events and roadshows for banks.

Over the years he have picked up tremendous interpersonal and communication skills.

Rodney does communication, sales and marketing training for various countries like Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore etc.

Right now, Rodney is running companies which oversees sales and marketing teams in both Singapore and Malaysia. His companies represent big brands in MNC and SME sectors.

Earlier this year in the midst of COVID-19 restrictions, Rodney ventured into the fitness industry and opened up fitness studios. With his knowledge and experience in the Sales and Marketing field, these studios got off the blocks almost immediately when it opened.

Rodney's lifetime goal is to be able to afford to go into semi-retirement by the age of 40 and travel around the world with his family.

Armed with 13 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry, our next coach is someone whom many look up to when it comes to learning the ups and downs of the trade.

From someone who used to be low in self-confidence and was unable to express himself eloquently, Jeric Koh has come a long way and is currently managing and directing operations in Singapore and Malaysia. Building up 2 very successful sales and marketing businesses from scratch, these companies partner with established MNCs from various industries.

Recently, amidst the Covid -19 pandemic, with his expertise and skills garnered through the years, he opened an F&B establishment located in Boat Quay. In just a short span of 3 months, the new restaurant has been thriving well, gaining the attention and visits of numerous influencers and artistes ever since its opening in August 2021.

Jeric's lifetime goal is to continue to discover and groom leaders under his wing, and plans to semi-retire at the age of 40. With that, he aims to start travelling around the world doing charity work and helping the less fortunate in developing countries
